Job Description

Role: Warehouse Manager Location: (Coimbatore, Karur, Chengalpattu, Thiruvallur, Gingee, Kancheepuram, Vellore, Krishnagiri, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, Tenkasi, Sankarankovil) Budget: 25000 - Max. Vacancy: 13 Nos. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of electrical items (e.g., conductors, insulators, cables). Oversee inventory management, including receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Coordinate with procurement and field teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials for erection at sites. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures for electrical materials and equipment. Implement and enforce inventory control systems to track stock and prevent discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of materials received, stored, and dispatched, and prepare inventory reports for management. Develop and maintain an organized storage system to optimize space and facilitate easy access to materials. Ensure that warehouse facilities are clean, safe, and properly maintained. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience. Skills: Team Player and communication skills to handle store level personnel; experience with inventory control software and systems. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical equipment (conductors, insulators, etc.) and safe handling practices. Other Requirements: Ability to lead and manage a team, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
