Role & responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities, such as quality assurance, inventory control, space utilization, logistics, floor productivity, and customer service. Schedule and oversee the warehouse teams activities, ensuring efficiency and minimizing overtime. Inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure safe and effective operation. Collaborate with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop strategies for improvement and loss prevention. Manage logistics for product transport to customers and company facilities, ensuring efficient coordination with drivers and delivery partners. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Graduation. 3+ years of experience in a Warehouse Manager Role for a Quick Commerce company is must. Strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all organizational levels. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
