Job Description

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety, accuracy, and timely delivery. The role involves supervising staff, optimizing processes, and managing inventory systems. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipment. Maintain proper inventory levels and stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts. Manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Implement and monitor warehouse safety, security, and cleanliness standards. Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and material flow to improve efficiency. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Maintain warehouse records, reports, and documentation. Identify process improvements and implement best practices for warehouse management. Education: Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 7+ years in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or retail industry. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
