Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Stores / Inventory In charge to manage our inventory operations effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth stock handling, maintain optimal stock levels, and contribute to maintaining food safety standards in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inward and outward movement of all stocks, including raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Responsible for stock issuance to the production floor as per requirements and maintaining proper records.
• Ensure adequate stock levels at all times by closely monitoring usage trends and coordinating with the purchase team for replenishment.
• Process and follow up on purchase indents raised by production or other departments.
• Supervise fumigation activities for rice and other raw materials to maintain product safety and quality.
• Maintain complete control over inventory records, ensuring accuracy of stock ledgers, periodic stock reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure that the store area is maintained in a clean and hygienic manner, strictly following food safety standards and workplace safety regulations.
• Implement and monitor proper stock rotation practices (FIFO/LIFO) to prevent stock obsolescence and spoilage.

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.

· Experience in food industry inventory control practices.

· Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI compliance).

· Good organizational and analytical skills.

· Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.

· Strong computer skills, including MS Excel & Inventory Management Software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
