Job Description

1. Inventory Management & Control Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS (Enterprise Resource Planning/Warehouse Management System). Conduct regular stock audits (cycle counting, physical inventory checks) to ensure data accuracy. Monitor stock levels, track discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles are followed. 2. Inventory Planning & Forecasting Analyze demand trends and collaborate with procurement/supply chain teams to optimize stock levels. Forecast inventory requirements to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Manage reorder points, safety stock, and lead times for efficient replenishment. 3. Warehouse Operations & Efficiency Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and workflow efficiency. Implement lean warehousing practices to reduce waste and improve productivity. 4. Logistics & Distribution Coordination Liaise with logistics providers for inbound/outbound shipments. Ensure timely dispatch and accurate documentation (packing lists, shipping labels). Resolve shipment discrepancies and returns efficiently.
