Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that products are stored, packed, and shipped efficiently, meeting our customers' expectations and supporting our brand’s high standards. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels of all products Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records Report and track low stock, damages, or discrepancies Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch customer and distributor orders accurately and on time Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, courier services) for timely pickups and deliveries Warehouse Operations: Organize and maintain the cleanliness and layout of the warehouse Label and store products systematically to optimize space System and Documentation: Maintain records of GRNs, invoices, delivery challans, and shipping slips Coordination: Liaise with the procurement and production teams for incoming stock Communicate with customer support and sales teams to ensure smooth deliveries Requirements: Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management (1–3 years preferred) Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, email) Physically fit and capable of lifting packages up to 20 kg Strong attention to detail and time management A positive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a passionate team and an emerging pet care brand Growth opportunities as we expand operations Friendly and pet-loving work culture
