Job Description

Purpose of the role: To maintain finished goods stocks and execute dealer orders as per service level standards Responsibility: 1. Stock clearance by maintaining FIFO and prevent accumulation of non moving 2. Resolve customer complaints 3. Plan daily billing and dispatches for execution by warehouse executives 4. Review of billing plan Vs actual on daily basis with team and take corrective action 5. Answering calls from customers on dispatch status 6. SAP automation &improvement projects in warehouse 7.Audit of documentation, trucks loading pattern and parking area 8. Ensure adherence of SOP and suggest corrective measures. 9. Inter departmental coordination 10. Periodic stock Audit of FG, Accessories & Packing material Managing Points: 1. MOS adherence by Warehouses 2. MOS adherence by dealers 3. Maintain minimum stock levels SKU wise at area warehouse 4.
