Warehouse Executive

Location: Kundli, Sonipat

CTC: up to 30k per month

About the Role:

Are you passionate about keeping operations organized and efficient? We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and can take charge of all aspects of inventory, e-commerce orders, and logistics. If you bring hands-on experience from the world of warehouses or logistics, and enjoy leading teams and navigating modern systems like Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), this may be the right fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Inventory: Keep track of all items as they come in or go out, perform stock checks, and ensure the warehouse space is used smartly.
• Ensure Fast Order Fulfillment: Coordinate orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and similar platforms. Make sure goods are picked, packed, labeled, and dispatched on time. Handle returns and cancellations efficiently.
• Plan & Execute Daily Operations: Organize workflows for the team each day, week, and month. Allocate staff and resources to match order demands, and report on operational metrics.
• Lead and Motivate the Team: Guide warehouse staff through daily tasks, track performance, manage scheduling, and encourage the adoption of best practices and safety standards.
• Work with Vendors: Build solid supplier relationships, negotiate for the best deals on packaging and other warehouse materials, and manage all documentation.
• Collaborate with Logistics Partners: Liaise with third-party logistics providers to manage timely shipments, monitor delivery status, and keep shipping paperwork in order.
• Manage Systems and Records: Use Order Management and Warehouse Management Systems to keep all stock and order data up to date. Troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Uphold Standards: Ensure all company processes and safety rules are followed by the team, and be ready for audits or inspections at any time.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
• Prior experience handling e-commerce orders is essential
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Tech-savvy with warehouse/inventory software (OMS, WMS, etc.)
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Graduate or diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations is preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take full responsibility for operations
