As a Shipping and Receiving specialist, your role will involve overseeing the preparation, dispatch, and receipt of goods. You will be responsible for coordinating with carriers and suppliers, and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping and receiving process. Key Responsibilities: - Track and manage order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies that may occur. - Supervise and motivate logistics staff, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Identify and implement strategies for process optimization to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
