Wanted Restaurant Manager

Working Location : Ambur

Working Hours : 9 to 10 hrs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage staff schedules, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle complaints professionally
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and compliance with health regulations
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Oversee cash handling procedures and daily financial reporting
• Implement and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to optimize workflow
• Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and excellent guest experiences
• Monitor labor and food costs to meet budget targets
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role (Min 2-3 Years)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and health regulations
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or business degree is a plus)
