Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Qual. MBA HR.

Experience- 10-20 Yrs

Job Location- Viman Nagar, PUNE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create succession plans.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data for improvement opportunities.

3. Performance Management

• Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive employee growth and accountability.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on goal setting and performance improvement plans.

4. Compensation & Benefits

• employee benefits administration.
• Benchmark compensation packages.

5. HR Compliance & Policies

• Maintain up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Manage HR audits, documentation, and data privacy requirements.

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and oversee learning and development programs.
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

7. HR Systems & Reporting

• Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate HR metrics and reports for management decision-making.
