Job Description: The Branch In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, managing a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent travel-related services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the tours and travel industry, particularly in ticketing, visa services, and customer handling. Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Jaipur branch, ensuring smooth functioning. Supervise and manage the team to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain the overall branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Sales and Business Development: Develop strategies to increase branch sales and meet revenue targets. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, driving business growth. Identify new market opportunities and implement effective marketing strategies. Actively engage with corporate clients and individual customers for business development. Ticketing and Visa Services: Ensure the team is well-versed in the latest ticketing procedures, bookings, and visa services. Oversee the booking process, ensuring that all customer requirements are met and executed efficiently. Manage and resolve any issues related to ticketing, visa processes, and travel-related services. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing solutions promptly. Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining positive relationships. Implement strategies to retain customers and improve customer loyalty. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales figures, and customer feedback. Ensure proper documentation and filing of records, including bookings, payments, and customer interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience working in the tours and travel industry. In-depth knowledge of ticketing and visa services. Proven experience in sales and customer handling. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to understand and analyze market trends. Preference for candidates with local market knowledge and a network in Jaipur.
