Job Responsibility: Handling end to end IT recruitment across levels. Sourcing the right Candidates through internal database, headhunting, job portals, networking as per job specifications given. Has experience in contractual hiring, CTH/C2H hiring Experience in skills like - SAP, Oracle Techno functional, ServiceNow, Java, Dotnet, Data Science, Angular, react, Frontend, Big Data Screening and short listing of Candidates. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Negotiating Salary with shortlisted candidates. Collecting required documents on time Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
