Responsible for meeting new sales targets, renewals, and collections. Identify prospective customers, manage leads, and ensure timely service activation. Maintain customer relationships, handle service inquiries, and manage end-to-end sales processes. Coordinate with operations and internal teams for smooth execution. Report to the Branch Manager. Key Responsibilities: Business development, sales promotions, and achieving monthly sales KPIs. Client servicing, complaint resolution, and regular reporting. Quotation preparation, invoicing, collections, and database management. Customer feedback management and timely service scheduling. Key Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Target-driven with the ability to handle field sales independently. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Role Overviews Operations Executive Role: Supervise service teams and ensure high-quality pest control service delivery. Manage a team of minimum 15 technicians ensuring productivity, quality, and timely execution. Handle complaint management, absenteeism, customer visits, training & team development. Monitor safety compliance and operational KPIs within assigned service areas. Coordinate with internal teams and report to the Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Manager. Key Responsibilities: Achieve targeted sales of service (SOS), productivity, and complaint resolution. Hands-on training of technicians, route riding, and safety compliance. Support technical training, pest awareness programs, and customer retention initiatives. Maintain systems, service schedules, and timely reporting. Key Skills: Leadership, team management, and coordination abilities. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Proficient in MS Office tools and internal reporting systems. Educational Qualification for Both Roles: Any graduate (B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, Agriculture preferred). 0 to 5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may also apply.
