Strong criticalbehaviourbehavioursbehavioursbehaviourpotentially JOB DESCRIPTION FRND is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trust & Safety - Professional, with a focus on User Research to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to identify major potential frauds & other unethical behaviors on our platform. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and safety of our user community. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct User Research : Perform detailed investigations into user activities, profiles, and behaviors to identify potential fraud, sleaze, and other unethical activities. 2 . Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports with detailed findings, including evidence of potential fraudulent or unethical behavior. 3. Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the due diligence team, customer support, and legal departments to ensure comprehensive investigations. 4. Compliance: Ensure that all investigations are conducted in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies. 5. Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the development and improvement of research methodologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the due diligence process. Qualifications: Fluency in any one of the Indic languages ( Oriya, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada) Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to build user trust Basic understanding of social media platforms and user behavior Cultural understanding of Indian culture, especially related to the specified languages Strong-critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in user research, fraud detection, or trust & safety is preferred but not required.
