Walk-in-Drive for Sales Manager- 6th Dec'25 (Saturday)

Venue : IndusInd Bank Limited, Zonal Office, Saket Building, 6th Floor, 44 Park Street, Kolkata 700016

Time : 11 A.M-4 P.M

Acquiring new customers through active referrals from self-generated leads or various marketing activities and thereafter onboard them to the Branch Portfolio.
Implementing client engagement programs through both inbound & outbound activities.
Easily establishing relationship with customers and build a rapport.
Relating well to different types of customers and adapt his/her style to ensure that the customer is comfortable with the Bank.
To instill confidence in the customer on providing financial advice related CASA and Third Party products, simple banking transactions, through his team.
Planning & implementing promotions campaigns and build relationship such that the team delivers its targets.
Ensuring adherence of Basic Banking Processes including RBI Banking regulations such as the KYC policy.

Requirements:

Should be a Team Player.
Should be a Graduate /Postgraduate.
Should have minimum 5-7 Years of experience preferably in team handling role.
Experience in Banking Industry is a mandate.
Age should be within 36.
