Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Working Days: 5.5 days

The standard weekly shift is Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturday). However, in certain rotations, Sunday is a working day, in which case Thursday and Saturday become half-days to maintain the 5.5-day structure.

About the Role

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for parents exploring KLAY Preschool & Daycare. You will play a key role in building trust, scheduling tours, and ensuring parents have a seamless experience with us. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, driven by numbers, and motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound parent inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Engage with parents with empathy, understand their requirements, and position KLAY as the right solution.

Schedule center tours and ensure proper follow-up until tour visit.

Maintain daily call productivity with an average talk time of 2.5 - 3.5 hours/day.

Accurately update lead status in CRM and ensure 100% adherence to processes.

Follow scripts while adapting to parent queries with warmth and clarity.

Support team performance by meeting individual KPIs on calls, tours, and conversions.

Key Requirements

1- 2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, customer engagement, or counseling (education/edtech industry preferred).

Fluency in English (both verbal and written).

Comfortable working in a hybrid setup; must have reliable internet and network connectivity. Basic proficiency in CRM or lead management tools is an advantage.
