Tasks Provide excellent customer service to clients. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate potential issues to the appropriate team members. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
