Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when requested Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Clear tables and reset for the next guest Process bills and handle payment transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
