Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior EDI Engineer with 6-9 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle and a strong understanding of EDI concepts.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, integration testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Work with EDI transactions, including AS2, VAN, SFTP, HTTPS, and other protocols.
Utilize EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDI transactions.
Develop and maintain documentation of EDI processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of EDI concepts and delivery mechanisms.
Experience with logistics transactions and EDI translators like Mercator, Datastage TX, EDI Open/Premenos, and Gentran.
Solid experience working with major EDI transactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with hybrid models and notice periods ranging from 0 to 15 days.
