The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, designing layouts, producing construction drawings, and collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and clients. The role involves selecting renovation, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to meet design specifications and project requirements. Additionally, the Interior Designer will ensure that projects adhere to budget, timelines, and quality standards, while meeting client expectations. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and optimization Knowledge of Architecture and ability to read and develop Construction Drawings Strong skills in Interior Design, including layout and material selection Experience with renovation, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection and implementation Excellent communication, collaboration, and client relationship management skills Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) is preferred Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Attention to detail and an understanding of budgetary and time constraints
