Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions. Property Management: Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring smooth processes and maintenance schedules are followed. Property Verification: Visit properties to verify ownership, condition, and other important details for the company’s listings. Field Work: Travel to various properties for inspections, assessments, and to address client queries. Back Office Support: Handle administrative tasks including record-keeping, data entry, and document management. Cold Calling & Client Follow-ups: Engage with potential clients, follow up on leads, and keep them informed of new property offerings or updates.
