B2B Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Agency SaaS — delivering cloud-native marketing software and data-driven campaign solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients across India and global markets. This role leads commercial strategy for a SaaS product built for performance marketing, creative services, and client analytics teams.

VP of Sales — SaaS (Marketing Agency)

India — On-siteRole & Responsibilities
  • Own revenue growth for the SaaS product: define and execute the GTM plan to hit ARR, new logo and expansion targets across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales organization: recruit, train, and coach account executives, sales managers, and SDR/BDR teams to consistently exceed quota.
  • Manage full sales cycle for strategic deals: lead pipeline qualification, value-based demos, commercial negotiations, and contract closure for multi-seat and enterprise agreements.
  • Align sales, marketing, and customer success: implement ABM and demand-gen tactics, streamline handoffs, and create growth plans for key accounts to maximise expansion.
  • Establish repeatable sales processes and forecasting: implement metrics, CRM hygiene, playbooks, and a cadence for reliable pipeline generation and sales forecasting.
  • Represent commercial voice in product and executive forums: prioritise roadmap features, price packaging, and go-to-market motions based on customer feedback and competitive insight.
