Job Title: VP - Primary Market Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) Experience: 10+ years Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday) Selected Saturdays (24 in a year) will be off. About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced VP - Primary Market to lead our IPO Management and Primary Market Transactions . The ideal candidate will coordinate with Corporate, Merchant Bankers, Banks, Depositories, and Stock Exchanges to ensure seamless execution of all transactions. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination & Compliance: Manage end-to-end coordination of Primary Market transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations. Provide inputs on offer documents, stationery, and related reports. Facilitate reports for filing Listing Applications, RBI filings, etc. Team Management: Lead and mentor the team to achieve organizational goals effectively. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs and new connectivity clients. Provide presentations, marketing, and negotiation skills at the highest level. Billing & Reporting: Ensure timely preparation of billing inputs, MIS reports, and follow-up on payments. Technical & Administrative Duties: Maintain compliance with Indian regulatory provisions for Primary Market transactions. Ensure proper housekeeping standards and safekeeping of documents and data. Key Success Indicators: Positive feedback from banks and clients. Maintaining debtors under 90 days. Requirements: Proven experience in Primary Market & IPO Transactions . Strong understanding of Indian regulatory provisions . Excellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills . Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
