VP of Service

As the Vice President of Service at ModernControls, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of up to 100 service technicians daily, driving scalable growth, operational excellence, and financial performance across the HVAC/R, Building Automation, and Plumbing Service businesses. Your responsibilities will include: - Full ownership of Service P&L, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, cost management, and working-capital discipline. - Leading daily operations for 100+ field technicians, optimizing dispatch, improving technical capability, and enforcing process discipline. - Achieving 95% technician retention by developing workforce training programs and ensuring cultural alignment. - Expanding strategic customer relationships, driving contract renewals, and maintaining world-class service delivery across various verticals. - Maintaining 100% safety compliance and reinforcing safety culture across all field personnel.
