Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales for the AMEA (Asia, Middle East, and Africa) Market to spearhead our expansion efforts in the region. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have prior experience with Moveworks , demonstrating a strong understanding of the AI-powered workplace solutions landscape. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the AMEA market, ensuring alignment with Leena AI s global objectives. Identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders. Drive revenue growth by leading sales efforts, negotiating high-value contracts, and ensuring client success. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional sales team. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution. Establish and optimize sales processes, leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to maintain Leena AI s market leadership. Requirements Mandatory: Prior experience working with Moveworks or a deep understanding of AI-driven workplace automation solutions. 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of scaling revenue in the AMEA region. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing sales teams. Exceptional ability to cultivate and manage executive-level relationships. Deep knowledge of the AI and SaaS ecosystems, particularly in HR, IT, and business automation solutions. Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling into Fortune 500 enterprises. Background in high-growth SaaS startups or AI-powered technology firms. Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
