Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven **Vice President - IT Sales*to lead and expand our IT sales division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships, expanding market reach, and driving high-performance sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT sales team. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company s client base. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Drive top-line revenue growth while ensuring profitability. Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives. Improve sales processes and ensure the team follows best practices for efficiency and effectiveness. Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide sales forecasts to the executive leadership. 7+ years of IT sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of IT solutions and services. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience in handling enterprise sales and large accounts. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a competitive market. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
