You will passionately lead, drive and deliver the New Relic vision in the context of the India market You will define and lead the culture in the India offices embracing the New Relic values You will drive the growth of existing accounts and acquire new customers in both the enterprise and commercial segments. You will lead and manage first-line leadership, including organizational quotas and development You will create and drive new and strategic go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals. You will provide strategic executive leadership for the India team including sales forecasting, territory assignments, sales coaching, and commission planning. You will coach sales teams by helping structure sales opportunities and deals; further, assist with selling activities as appropriate; Ensure the sales team is working collaboratively with operations, sales engineering, partners, and other internal/external teams. You ll develop annual sales forecasts using a combination of top-down and bottom-up input. You ll strive to keep ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and client opportunities; Attend trade shows, industry events, internal meetings, and conferences. You ll oversee regional customer satisfaction and renewals. You will lead recruitment and retention activities. You will be an external brand advocate and PR lead for New Relic in India This role requires 10+ years of experience of both first and second-line sales leadership for high-performan ce sales and GTM team Direct experience in the SaaS Application Performance Monitoring industry is strongly preferred. Demonstrated GTM leadership experience and track record of success in the India market Experience in both enterprise and commercial business segments is strongly preferred Ability to build and lead a sales organization, including quota-carrying and forecasting experience. Exceptional cross-organiza tion collaboration and communication skills. Experience devising sales strategy and developing/con tributing to enablement programs. Strong executive presence. Previous PR and media experience is strongly preferred Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or some related discipline is required. MBA preferred. Bonus points if you have Demonstrated Enterprise account sales leadership experience and track record of success Ability to build and lead a sales team, including quota-carrying and forecasting experience Excellent cross-organization partnership and communication skills Experience devising sales strategy and supplying to enablement programs
