Role & responsibilities

Helps teams across lines of business adopt and improve Agile methods and practices to solve complex business improvement problems.
Operates at an enterprise level and helps solve systematic problems in a structured manner.
Helps people rethink and change the way they go about development.
act as servant leaders to the team, to support and evangelize best practices for agile and ways of working.
Possesses experience and expertise acquired by supporting a business line with expertise in cross functional team leadership.
Proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategy roadmap across the entire line of business before the pilot project.
Serves in a mentoring or coaching role only and is not part of the scrum team by providing objective guidance, without personal or political considerations.
Designs, proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategy across the entire organization before the pilot project.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods. Understands company organizational model, company structure, and Agile journey history.
