Key Responsibilities:

• Origination & execution of mandates in

  Debt Syndication, M&A, Private Equity, and Debt Resolution

• Drive

  Business Development

  and build strong client relationships
• Prepare

  Information Memorandums (IMs)

  and

  pitch decks

• Build and analyse complex

  Financial Models

• Conduct

  project appraisals

  , due diligence, and support deal closures
• Collaborate with

  Banks, FIs, Corporates, and PE/VC Funds

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• CA / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA (Finance)

  from a reputed institute

• For AVP role 8+ years experience and for VP role 12+ years experience

  of relevant experience in

  Project Finance / Investment Banking / Corporate Advisory

• Proven track record in

  deal origination, financial structuring & stressed asset resolution

• Strong

  analytical, communication, and relationship-building

  skills
