Company Description The Society of Internationalism is an organization dedicated to fostering skill development in school students through Mock Diplomatic Conferences and internship programs. We strive to provide platforms where young minds can develop leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills while engaging in global and social issues. Role Description This is a part-time remote volunteer role. Volunteers will be responsible for assisting in the organization and execution of Mock Diplomatic Conferences, mentoring students, facilitating discussions, and providing feedback on students’ performance. Day-to-day tasks include preparing educational materials, coordinating with team members, and monitoring online forums. Volunteers may also be involved in promoting events and ensuring participants' engagement. Qualifications Strong communication and mentorship skills Experience in event planning and coordination Ability to facilitate discussions and manage group dynamics Excellent organizational and time-management skills Interest in international relations, global issues, or educational fields Ability to work independently and remotely Previous volunteer or mentoring experience is a plus Currently pursuing or having a degree in International Relations, Education, or a related field is beneficial Show more Show less
