Job Role: Voice Process Location: Gobichettipalayam Work Timing: 9AM - 6PM Qualification: Any degree Gender: Both Male and Female Experience: Fresher / Experience Language: Hindi and English (Mandatory). Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting. Provide detailed information about GPS tracking products and services. Assist customers in resolving basic technical queries and offer support on installation and usage. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
