Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, providing assistance and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns related to products/services, providing accurate and timely solutions. Ensure high-quality customer service by adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or higher-level support. Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their requests or orders. Follow scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy in customer interactions. Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Stay updated on product/service knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer queries.
