Job Title: Collections Associate – Voice Process

Job Summary:

As a Collections Associate, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers via phone to remind, negotiate, and facilitate timely repayment of outstanding dues. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism to maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring effective debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and overdue collections.
• Explain account status and payment terms clearly and professionally.
• Negotiate and encourage timely repayments while maintaining customer goodwill.
• Update customer interactions and payment details accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalated or complex cases.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Adhere to compliance, quality, and customer service standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduation is mandatory (no pursuing or backlog candidates).
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Age: 20 years and above.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry ability.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• For Freshers: ₹2.5 LPA (CTC)
• For Experienced Candidates: Based on previous salary
