MALAYALAM - TELECALLING Location: Perungudi, Chennai Experience: Freshers (expericenced can also apply) Salary: As per industry standards Language: Malayalam is mandatory Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, providing information about products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads. Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or information. Explain product/service features and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner. Follow up on leads and maintain records of customer interactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Update CRM or Excel sheets with accurate call details and status. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge in every interaction. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
