Job Description

Role & responsibilities Answer inbound calls from customers and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Address customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and technical support. Provide accurate information to customers while adhering to company policies and procedures. Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. Meet performance targets, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the companys products, services, and procedures. Assist in promoting new services or products to customers when appropriate.
