Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from US banking customers Assist with account inquiries, transaction issues and banking concerns Resolve customer queries promptly to maintain satisfaction standards Adhere to compliance, data security and banking regulations Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues Eligibility Criteria Complete graduation in any stream (freshers welcome) Demonstrate excellent spoken English and customer service skills Work US shifts including nights and rotational offs Requirements Clear mandatory drug testing Pass AMCAT assessment Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Any 2 Rotational Week Offs) Shift Timings: US Shifts (Night Shifts Required) About Company: Credeb Advisors LLP provides a complete range of business solutions in diverse fields including project financing, accounting, legal, human resource, and risk advisory.
