Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Voice Coach to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in voice coaching or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Deliver training materials, including presentations, guides, manuals, and course evaluations.
Coordinate training schedules based on requirements.
Develop and implement effective training programs to meet business needs.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their communication skills.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of customer experience management and CRM principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with training and development delivery is preferred.
Familiarity with support technologies and processes.
A professional/university degree is required.
