Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Voice Coach to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Deliver training materials, including presentations, guides, manuals, and course evaluations.
Coordinate training schedules based on requirements.
Develop and implement effective training programs.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in voice coaching or a related field.
Strong knowledge of customer experience management and CRM/IT enabled services/BPO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with training and development delivery.
