Role and Responsibilities: Voice/Communication coach is responsible for the overall communication & customer service skill wellness for the associates / teams aligned to them Voice/Communication coaches monitor calls and shares feedback with the associates Conduct classroom training / team huddles basis the call monitoring sessions Participate in calibration session within the team and with Quality /Operations when required Provide feedback to associates on positives, areas of opportunity and other observations based on audits Track associates performance after training to ensure effectiveness of training Closely work with Operations and get their input/feedback as to where are the shortcomings in the process Developing action plans and report out the improvement process in the weekly/monthly business reviews Analyze the Audit data, Survey data, prepare & implement action plans Providing inputs to operations on individual capability for better team capability management Analyze the coaching/training needs of the associates and support them in delivery Applicants Specifications & Qualification: Should possess experience in to international Chat/Voice process, preferable Telco experience Should have experience in Language Coaching (Voice & Chat) Excellent Written & Spoken Communication skills Candidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment Should have a flair for Customer Service & Sales knowhow Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions
