Coach the associates on call attributes. Provide feedback and coaching for the associates on the floor. Communicate using a neutral accent and excellent command over the language. Good knowledge on concepts of Voice & Accent. Fair knowledge on American Culture. Should have experience taking calls-International. Candidate Description: 1. The trainer should be willing to travel to Coimbatore for at least 2 months, before taking up the role in BLR office. 2. Should be flexible with night shifts/rotational shifts. 3.
