Job Description: Voice and Accent Coach Job Title: Voice and Accent Coach Reporting to: Training Manager Department: Operations Location: Gurgaon Responsibilities: "To leverage my extensive knowledge and experience in industry to train and develop individuals in various processes, ensuring adherence to standards, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization." Job Objective: Key Roles/ Key Responsibility Areas include but are not limited to: - Experience in V&A Coaching and soft skills - Experience in ITES desired - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Experience in training and teaching English speaking skills in a corporate environment - Demonstrated experience in making individuals comfortable and relaxed when training - Experience in working effectively with a diverse group of learners Education: - A bachelor's degree - A degree or diploma in Communication, Linguistics, Education or a related field is a plus - Excellent interpersonal and team management skills Experience: Experience: 3+ years
