Vocal Music Teacher Role: Teaching Staff Locations: Vapi, Vadodara, Ankleshwar – Gujarat Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music or equivalent Experience Required: 2–3 years Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Gender Preference: Open to all genders Job Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled Vocal Music Teacher to join our dynamic music education team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in vocal techniques and a strong background in music education. The teacher will be responsible for guiding students of various age groups and skill levels through the journey of mastering musical techniques, fostering creativity, and enhancing their overall musical experience. Key Responsibilities Instruction: Provide group and individual instruction in vocal techniques, tailoring lessons to students' skill levels, interests, and learning pace. Curriculum Development: Design and implement a comprehensive music curriculum that covers theory, performance, and technique. Performance Preparation: Prepare students for recitals, performances, and competitions, ensuring they are performance-ready and confident. Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to students to enhance their vocal abilities. Learning Environment: Maintain a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment to encourage creativity and discipline. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience. Qualifications and Skills Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music or equivalent. Experience: 2–3 years of teaching experience in vocal music. Musical Proficiency: Strong understanding of music theory and vocal techniques. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with students and colleagues, fostering a supportive learning environment. Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
