Roles & Responsibilities:

Accent Neutralization: Reduce
regional influence on speech for better global comprehension.
Pronunciation & Articulation: Train
agents to pronounce words clearly and correctly.
Voice Modulation & Tone: Develop
skills to maintain a professional, empathetic, and confident tone.
Listening Skills:
Enhance active listening for accurate understanding and response.
Customer Service Language:
Teach appropriate phrases, vocabulary, and cultural nuances for international interactions.

Key Deliverables:

Customized voice training modules.
Individual and group coaching sessions.
Pre- and post-training assessments to measure improvement.
Feedback reports and recommendations for continuous development.
