Job Description

Role Overview:

As an ESX Administrator Level 2/ Level 3, will be responsible for operating and maintaining ESX hypervisors across small and medium-sized environments.

Will support lifecycle management, incident response, and complex environment analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and switching contexts across multiple customer infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate ESX hypervisors following customer-specific operations handbooks.
Execute changes, especially those related to lifecycle management.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within virtualized environments.
Respond to incidents with a strong sense of urgency.
Manage multiple customer environments with frequent context switching.
Collaborate effectively with team members and share knowledge proactively.
Support daily operation and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing ESX hypervisors in small to medium setups.
Expert-level certification in
VMware VCF
(vSphere; optionally vSAN, NSX, Aria).
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex infrastructure issues.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-customer environment.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and teach.
