VMC/CNC programmer

We are known for blending modern machining technology with robust engineering expertise to meet exacting industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - CNC Turning: Operating machinery with a diameter range from 1.0 mm to 600 mm for small intricate shafts to large precision housings - VMC Machining: Utilizing Vertical Machining Centers with 4th Axis capability for complex part geometries - EDM Wire Cutting: Performing high-accuracy contour cutting for intricate components and tight tolerances - Threading & Tapping: Working with Metric, UN, BSP, and NPT thread standards across various materials - Custom Fabrication: Engaging in light-to-medium fabrication of industrial brackets, base frames, and assemblies - Prototyping & Reverse Engineering: Involvement in sample-to-CAD conversion and low-volume functional prototypes **Qualifications Required:** - 2 to 3 years of experience in CNC turning, VMC operation, or fabrication preferred - Mechanical Engineering Graduates (DME/BE) are encouraged to apply - Freshers with a mechanical background are welcome - full training and mentorship will be provided At Sun Tech Engineers, we value integrity, innovation, and impact.
