Job Description : VMC Setter Cum Operator

Location : 53MH+2PM, Telungupalayam, Tamil Nadu 641653

Vacancy : 2 NOS

Accommodation : Room Provided

Set up and operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision parts.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and specifications.
Select and adjust machine tools and materials as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
Monitor production to ensure quality and accuracy.
Conduct in-process inspections and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
Record production data and inspection results.
Follow safety standards and workplace protocols.
Required skills: CNC programming, blueprint reading, tool setup, problem-solving, attention to detail.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in VMC machine operation preferred.
