ob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC Machine Operator to join our production team at Immense Industry . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Vertical Machining Centers, good knowledge of CNC operations, and a strong focus on precision and safety. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines as per job instructions and engineering drawings. Load and secure workpieces on the machine table using appropriate fixtures and tools. Interpret and work from technical drawings, CAD models, and job orders. Input and modify CNC programs (G & M codes) to ensure accurate machining. Monitor the machining process and adjust machine settings as needed. Perform quality checks using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the machine and surrounding area. Report production data, complete job cards, and record quality inspection results. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related trade. Minimum 1 years of experience operating VMC or CNC machines. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Familiar with precision measuring instruments. Basic understanding of CNC programming (G & M codes). Physically fit to work in a machine shop environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Skills: Experience in machining for heavy industry or onsite service projects.
