Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Supervise and manage VMC operations for the Tableware Mold Division, ensuring timely and high-quality production. Perform 3D programming using WorkNC software for complex machining tasks. Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T symbols to ensure product accuracy and precision. Manage and coordinate the production team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Calculate and analyze OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) to improve production efficiency and minimize downtime. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure efficient use of resources and manpower to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain documentation of production activities, machine logs, and quality control records. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in reading engineering drawings using GD&T principles, Fanuc control programming, VMC programming, WorkNC software proficiency.
