Strong understanding of government projects, government business, government sales, and government procurement processes. Excellent presentation skills for effective communication during meetings and negotiations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Field Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and manage and grow government sales across Bihar. The role includes visiting government offices, identifying requirements, presenting products, generating leads, managing tenders, and closing orders. The candidate must build strong relationships with officials, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain daily reporting, and achieve sales targets. The position requires a proactive, result-oriented individual with regular field travel. Role & Responsibilities: · Identify government business opportunities across departments. · Visit govt. offices regularly and collect requirements. · Present products, submit documents, and coordinate proposals. · Manage tender work, quotations, and follow-ups. · Build strong relationships with government officials. · Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. · Maintain daily visit reports and market updates. · Support billing, delivery, and payment follow-up · Deep understanding of government business. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. · Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
